Refund Policy

14-day returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We'll refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Not eligible for refund
- Items that have been worn, washed, or visibly used
- Items damaged by the customer
- Custom or personalized items
- Items returned after the 14-day window
Damaged or wrong item
If your shirt arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 7 days at hello@goshirtys.com with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full — your call.
How to return
- Email hello@goshirtys.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll send you a return label and instructions.
- Drop off the package within 7 days of getting the label.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.
Shipping costs
Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is free for damaged/wrong items; otherwise, the cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund.
